Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
